I bought my home last Spring. It was my first time to buy a home as a widow!

My new home was a finished home which had been lived in for about two years. I wanted a screened porch, and was told that it was possible to add. I moved in and made the home mine.
Soon the addition began, with assurance from Al, that certain concessions would be made, to accommodate a covered screened porch. Once the porch and patio had begun, it was no time before the job was finished!
Todd was patient with my questions, and made the process a happy experience for an older woman. I am happy to report, that the end product was everything i had envisioned! Thank you to the entire Kerstien’s Team, for making my transition to the current chapter of my life a pleasant and painless experience!
