We love our house. We were in a situation of being out of state and realized our first builder was not going to get our house done in time. We called Kerstiens for help and right away they had us designing our new home! We were able to see it being built from pictures that friends and family took. When we arrived, it was almost finished. We were thrilled to see such a beautiful house! Many people have complimented us on our new home. It is exactly what we wanted. Todd and all of his crew were easy to work with. A couple of small things that needed tweaking were addressed immediately. We got a lot of good advice from Kerstiens along the way that saved us money and made it more livable.

Thanksgiving will be one year since my parents were able to move into their new home.  With everything settled into position that day, dinner helped start a new chapter for them.  Knows that mom was happy and comfortable, Dad passed peacefully having been able to accomplish his last wish.  Thinking back to that short time, I am still amazed how quickly and how seamlessly you make it happen.  I truly cannon find a way to express my thanks and gratitude for all you did to make it happen.  Simple words – THANK YOU – and I hope you can know the depth behind them.  Theirs is just one house – one home – one story that you have helped.  Always know you are making Jasper and great places to call home.

We lived out of state during the building process.  350 miles away did not permit us to regularly be on site with the building process.  The vendors and Kerstiens provided us support from selections to finally housing after the sell of our home.  We were part of the home building business for 34 years in Illinois.  Kerstiens matched out quality expectations and even exceeded beyond what we desired.  We are very pleased with the process and out new home!  Attention to detail is evident with Kerstiens
