The home we purchased is perfect for our needs.  We downsized from a much larger custom home and we are finding that our new home fits us very well.  Todd was great to work with and was available whenever we had questions.  The quality of the home is on par or better than other homes we have owned.

This company is one of the most organized efficient businesses I have had the pleasure of dealing with in awhile. From beginning to end, everything was easy. The sub contractors made it easy to stay within the allotments by having the appliances, doors, cabinets, hardware, vanity tops, plumbing fixtures, all ready for you to choose. Making changes in floor plans was fast and easy. Construction itself was as fast and smooth as the Toyota assembly line. They didn’t miss any item I would call and see if it could be done (like my bringing my own pulls, or adding a trim piece to gables). Paperwork was accurate and price was in line with quote. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Entire project was done and cleaned up at every stage. I am a busy business owner and know how much work it takes to develop a great efficient business.
