Al is the chief designer at Kerstiens Homes & Designs. He meets customers to discuss their goals and ensures their needs are integrated in the construction plans and contract. Al also coordinates operations such as detailed cost estimating, sales/construction contracts, materials orders, permit requirements, building code, environmental and safety compliance. Al has earned the CGP, Certified Green Professional , designation thru the NAHB University of Housing. With over 30 years of residential, commercial and industrial design/build experience, Al ‘s knowledgeable and creative design services will make your design process an efficient successful endeavor.

Trish is the Accounting/Office Manager at Kerstiens Homes & Designs. With her 24+ years experience in sales, accounting and customer service she oversees all administrative functions necessary to run a smooth professional construction company.
